Pancake tacos are a trio of items on the IHOP menu that was updated earlier this month with the intent of growing past morning.
The Glendale, California chain in summer 2023 rolled out Pancake Tacos and is now capitalizing on that line’s success with three new LTOs: Bacon, Egg & Cheese Anytime Tacos, Chicken Fajita Anytime Tacos (pictured) and Spicy Shredded Beef Anytime Tacos, CSP sister publication Restaurant Business recently reported.
The tacos are served on plates with cutlery but can be “eaten as handhelds, making them a fit for off-premise orders,” Restaurant Business said.
Other IHOP items include Chicken Florentine Crepes and Bacon Avocado Ranch Steakburger.
