Fayetteville has transformed from a small town to a center of higher education, culture, commerce and entrepreneurialism. Census data indicated that 36 people move to northwest Arkansas each day. Real estate consultants see another X factor to its expansion: the “satellite” effect that’s similar to Alabama markets. Northern Arkansas can deliver connectivity to the Missouri Ozarks to the north and south to North Texas, starting with Dallas-Fort Worth.
