Pistachio manufacturer Setton Pistachio released the newest addition to its line of Setton Farms Pistachio Chewy Bites—a pistachio and plum combination—in June. The snacks are bite-size bars made with California-grown pistachios, plums, date nectar and lemon. Each chew is individually wrapped and contains various amounts of fiber, iron, potassium and antioxidants. Two bites have about 5 grams of protein.
