RaceTrac launched a late summer salad this year. The salad is made with spring mix greens, berries, feta cheese and sunflower seeds. The new menu item rolls up into the Atlanta-based c-store chain’s campaign targeting the lunch daypart. As part of the marketing strategy, RaceTrac invites customers to “get fresh with them,” and tells them they can get restaurant-quality fresh, without the wait—or the tip.
