Los Angeles-based Locali Healthy Convenience caters to the area’s health gurus. The brand’s fresh spin on the Cobb salad has become a delivery darling. The salad tosses romaine, spinach, tomato, cucumber, tempeh bacon, vegan “egg” scramble, vegan “blue cheese” and vegan creamy dill dressing. Customers can choose between natural smoked chicken or vegan seasoned chicken. The item can also be served as a sprouted multigrain wrap for $1.50 more.
