Convenience-store retailer EG America is launching a $5 meal deal at its chains from June 19 through Sept. 3. It includes any two roller grill or pizza items, a drink and a side of chips.

  • EG America is No. 5 on CSP's 2024 Top 202 ranking of convenience-store chains by store count.

EG America’s participating chains include Cumberland Farms, Turkey Hill, Fastrac, Quik Stop, Certified Oil, Tom Thumb, Loaf ‘N Jug, Kwik Shop, Sprint and Minit Mart.

With the meal deal, customers can choose:

  • Any two roller grill or two cheese or pepperoni pizza slices, available at stores that offer roller grill and value pizza products. Customers cannot combine roller grill and pizza products.
  • 1-liter Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Aquafina or Brisk.
  • 1.38-1.5-ounce Lay’s, Miss Vickie’s, Ruffles or Sun Chips, excluding all other 1-liter Pepsi and all other 1.38-1.5-ounce Frito items.

“Our new $5 summer meal deals offer our guests a quick meal on the go, at a great price,” said Brian Ferguson, chief marketing officer. “Start with your favorite roller grill or with pizza and add a 1-liter drink and a bag of chips—that’s a great value for just $5.”

In addition, from June 19 through Sept. 4, customers can get two doughnuts and a large hot or iced coffee for $4.

“Few food items go better with coffee than a doughnut, and with this deal, we’re offering our guests both,” said Michael Limoges, senior vice president of store operations. “Two doughnuts and a large hot or iced coffee, that’s a great combination and a great deal.”

The Westborough, Massachusetts-based convenience-store chain is now also offering its extra-large coffee size.
