Leading NOW is partnering again with Informa Connect for CSP’s second-annual Convenience-Store Women’s Event (CSW). The leadership authority will provide the educational content for the conference that is driving change for a more inclusive and equitable industry and serves as a platform for learning, networking and action for women leaders in the c-store space.

“We are excited to build upon the success of our inaugural year and continue our journey toward a more inclusive and equitable industry,” said Amanda Buehner, senior vice president, CSP Events and Media. “The 2024 event will continue to provide a platform for learning, networking, and collective action, as we work together to create lasting impact, and we are thrilled to once again work with Leading NOW as our women's leadership development content partner.”

Millis, Massachusetts-based Leading NOW is an award-winning certified women-owned leadership development and diversity and inclusion consultancy that uses its research in talent development and gender dynamics as the basis for customizing and delivering innovative solutions, unique insights, actionable tools and a business focus in women’s skill sets.

"We are happy to renew our partnership with the team at CSW and continue to be impressed with their level of commitment to drive inclusive change in the c-store industry,” Leading NOW President Julia Lazzara (pictured above) said. “When we first helped bring their vision to life at last year's inaugural event, we had hoped it would be the catalyst for change that the industry needed, and it certainly has not disappointed. As we head into year two of this partnership, it is gratifying to witness firsthand how Leading NOW's talent development programming is positively impacting the future for so many c-store women.”

This year’s CSW Event will be held Nov. 4-6 in Charleston, South Carolina. To request an invitation or become a sponsor, visit cstorewomen.com. Informa Connect is CSP’sparent company.
