For at least the fifth straight year, sandwiches and wraps lead the way in convenience-store menu popularity. The top four slots remained the same from last year. Potato, which cracked the top five last year, dropped to eighth place. Technomic Ignite menu data reports menu information from more than two dozen U.S. retailers. The database tracks menu incidence, or number of menu items on c-store menus the number of operators with a certain item on the menu and operator penetration, or the percent of operators who have this item on the menu. The data below is from calendar year 2023.
