TA Subsidiary Names New Senior Vice President

Ponczoch will be in charge of Petro Iron Skillet, TArestaurants, QSRs
WESTLAKE, Ohio -- TravelCenters of America LLC principal operating subsidiary recently named John Ponczoch as senior vice president of food operations and marketing. Ponczoch's responsibilities include full charge of all Petro Iron Skillet restaurants, all TA-branded full-service restaurants and the wide range of quick-service restaurant (QSR) that the company operates for its own account.

Ponczoch is a 24-year veteran of Petro Stopping Centers and its Iron Skillet restaurants. He began as a kitchen manager in 1986 and has since served as general manager, field manager and [image-nocss] regional director of operations. Before being named to this new position, Ponczoch was a vice president and director of full-service restaurant operations.
