Blueberry and Gorgonzola Salad with Mixed Greens is one recipe sure to catch customers’ attention

As customers use spring to hop on the healthy train, convenience stores can offer items with plenty of green to try and boost sales.

CSP sister publication Foodservice Director recently wrote about several eye-catching meals, including the Spicy Green Goddess Salad (pictured), which blends silken tofu with roasted poblano peppers and hot honey for a spicy accent. Also included are cilantro, basil and a dressing that “takes the usual green salad to another level of taste excitement,” Foodservice Director wrote.

Another example is Blueberry and Gorgonzola Salad with Mixed Greens, which combines for “flavor, color and texture contrast.”
