Offerings include Saffron Crispy Rice Salad with Harissa Vinaigrette (pictured), Lemon Angel Bars and Frickled Watermelon Pickles with Watermelon BBQ Sauce.
The Saffron Crispy Rice Salad “is a great example of the kind of flavors and ingredients Homemade’s Chef Alex Dorros brings together in his cooking,” FoodService Director reported.
