Express Stop Mart opens chicken foodservice site

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. -- Chester's, a provider of fried chicken foodservice programs for convenience stores, has announced the grand opening of its newest location in Niagara Falls, N.Y., at the Express Stop Mart on May 21. A ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on Thursday in honor of the grand opening. Chester the Chicken flew in for the opening to assist in the festivities, and to pose for pictures with his local fans and fellow employees.

"We proudly welcome Chester's to the Express Stop," said Ahmed Saleh, owner and operator of the Express Stop Mart. "Chester's great [image-nocss] tasting, fried chicken, along with their operations and marketing support will be a tremendous asset to our location."

Chester's signature menu options include fried bone-in chicken, chicken tenders, potato wedges and biscuits. The newest Chester's location will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and it will offer customers dine-in, carryout and catering options as well as a drive thru window.

Chester's is a leader of quick-serve restaurant (QSR) concepts with more than 1,500 Chester Fried licensed and Chester's franchised locations. Along with it's chicken products, the company offers flexible size and store layout options, training and support. Chester's uses only chicken that is specially marinated and double-breaded using a proprietary family recipe and offers bone-in, tenders and potato wedges as well as sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast and sides.
