Stinker Stores Partners With Punchh to Boost Customer Loyalty

Tech firm will help convenience-store chain segment, target key groups of customers, especially for products they might not normally purchase

Stinker Stores is partnering with loyalty solution provider Punchh to enhance its customer experience and drive customer loyalty.

The Boise, Idaho-based convenience-store chain selected Punchh, which is part of Par Technology Inc., a New Hartford, New York-based restaurant technology company and provider of unified commerce for enterprise restaurants, to help segment and accurately target key groups of customers to build loyalty, especially for products they might not normally purchase, Par Technology said.

Stinker Stores, which has 110 locations in Colorado, Idaho and Wyoming, is a CSP 2024 Mystery Shop finalist, and it also will use Punchh’s customer analytics to measure loyalty return on investment. With Punchh’s dashboard, Stinker will be able to see the effect of its loyalty efforts on the business.
