Sheetz Renews Contract with Wright Express

Extends proprietary card deal, affinity program

ALTOONA, Pa. -- Sheetz Inc. has executed a five-year contract extension with Wright Express Corp.

Wright Express, a major provider of payment processing and information management services to the U.S. commercial and government fleet industry, has administered and offered a proprietary branded fleet card for Sheetz for more than 15 years. The agreement also extends Sheetz's Affinity Program with Wright Express and its acceptance of the Wright Express universal fleet card.

"The fuel card provides Sheetz with an additional opportunity to secure long-term customers whose drivers also purchase Sheetz's convenience store products. In addition, our vested commitment in technology, new products and high performance customer service provides the differentiation our strategic partners seek in the market place to help drive growth in their programs."

Altoona, Pa.-based Sheetz operates more than 300 convenience locations throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio and North Carolina.

South Portland, Maine-based Wright Express serves more than 298,000 commercial and government fleets containing more than 4.2 million vehicles. It markets its services directly as well as through more than 90 strategic relationships, and offers a MasterCard-branded corporate card.
