Retailer supports rec center

EAST BROOKFIELD, Mass. -- Cumberland Farms presents a $1,000 donation to support East Brookfield Recreation Committee. Cumberland Farms' donation will aid the department's efforts to provide fun recreational programming for the community's children.

Through its Corporate Giving Program for Youth, Cumberland Farms is working to improve the prospects for young people, to encourage and support young people's achievements in business and leadership and to provide educational opportunities for young people.

Cumberland Farms is a proud [image-nocss] sponsor of 4-H America, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Making Strides for Breast Cancer and provides college scholarships. In addition to annual corporate contributions, The company is active at the local level, building awareness and supporting worthy organizations in the communities where its people live and work.

Canton, Mass.-based Cumberland Farms has a network of retail stores, gas stations and a support system including petroleum, dairy and grocery distribution operations spanning 11 states across the Northeast and Florida,.
