MCLEAN, Va. -- Candy company Mars Inc. is the 83rd best place to work in America, according to the 2018 100 Best Companies to Work For list, compiled by research firm Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine. This is Mars’ sixth appearance on the annual list, which is based on survey responses from more than 310,000 employees rating their workplace on managerial trust, compensation, fairness, camaraderie and more.
