SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — Country Archer Provisions, a better-for-you meat snack brand, is debuting a new line of Zero-Sugar Smoked Sausages, available in two flavors: Fuego and Original.
“Growing up working in my parent’s convenience store, I never imagined a future where a whole meat snacking platform I built from scratch would fill the shelves,” said co-founder and CEO of Country Archer Provisions, Eugene Kang. “We craft innovative products for the convenience-store shoppers of today, those who prefer cleaner snacking options that still taste amazing. These consumers demand the best from their food and are looking for elevated bites, like Zero-Sugar Smoked Sausages and Teriyaki Style Mini Pork Sticks, made with ingredients they can pronounce by brands they can trust.”
The Original flavor includes a blend of natural smoke and spices, including cracked pepper and garlic for a nostalgic campfire flavor, while Fuego offers a fiery blend of red and white pepper habanero and chili powder that delivers a kick.
Original and Fuego Zero Sugar Smoked Sausages will be available at Albertsons/Safeway in November with a suggested retail price (SRP) of $7.99.
Country Archer also recently launched Teriyaki Style Mini Pork Sticks, which are made with 100% natural, antibiotic-free pork and real chunks of juicy pineapple.
The teriyaki sticks are available at Speedway stores in a countertop display for individual 0.5-ounce stick purchases, offering a grab-and-go store experience. The mini display is available exclusively for convenience retailers and each individual stick has an SRP of 99 cents.
Country Archer’s products use 100% grass-fed and -finished beef from pasture-raised sources and gourmet cuts of antibiotic-free pork, according to the company. Products are also gluten- and soy-free and do not have nitrates, MSG, antibiotics or added hormones.
