While many of Ben & Jerry’s flavors include cake pieces, the brand released a new flavor modeled after cheesecake. Raspberry Cheesecake Topped is tart with white chocolatey ganache and graham cracker crumble as a top layer and features cheesecake ice cream with graham cracker pieces and raspberry swirls.
“The floral, fruity raspberry flavor of the Raspberry Cheesecake hits you and brings that cheesecake texture to the forefront,” said Haylee Nelson, product developer at Ben & Jerry’s, owned by Unilever, South Burlington, Vermont. “If you shake the pint before you open it, you can hear the sound of what's waiting inside—the graham cracker crumbs on top!”
The flavor is available in pints at an SRP of $5.99-6.49.
