Rich Products is expanding its pizza dough and crust offerings with new Authentically Italian Pizza Portfolio, comprised of two Pinsas and three parbaked crusts—both offering freezer-to-oven simplicity. Rich’s Italian Pinsa is available in two sizes, as the Roman-style, hand-stretched crust is made with a unique dough fermentation process that produces a rustic, fragrant crust that’s crispy on the outside and tender inside. Rich’s Italian parbaked crusts (12-, 14- and 16-inch sizes) are made with a finely-ground Double Zero-style flour based on traditional Italian methods. The portfolio also features Rich’s 8-ounce Pizza Dough Ball made with Double Zero Italian Style Flour.
