Boyett Renews Partnership With MTC Distributing

Cruisers convenience-store chain signs on with local distributor

MODESTO, Calif. -- Boyett Petroleum, operator of the Cruisers convenience-store chain, as well as 50 additional retail locations, is renewing its partnership with MTC Distributing, a local Modesto, Calif.-based distributor.

Beginning this spring, MTC will deliver goods from California's Central Valley to Cruisers stores in Southern California and as far north as Reno, Nev.

“We’re very excited to reconnect with MTC and look forward to growing our businesses together by providing excellent service to our customers and exceeding their expectations," said Scott Castle, vice president of retail operations for Boyett Petroleum. "Both MTC and Boyett have grown over the last 10 years by investing in their infrastructure and people and I feel we’re both committed to continued growth and innovation."

Modesto, Calif.-based Boyett Petroleum has been an independent fuel supplier and retailer in California since 1940. It offers a variety of products and services nationwide, including wholesale fuel sales, retail and petroleum management services and agricultural fuel sales. Boyett Petroleum operates more than 50 retail locations under the Boyett Petroleum, Cruisers and Kwik Serv brands. The Cruisers identity represents Boyett's retail future, and the company plans to rebrand the other stores in its network, as well as include the identity to any newly built or acquired stores.
