SMITHFIELD, N.C. -- OPW Fueling Containment Systems, a division of OPW Fueling Components, has announced that it has named Charles (Chuck) Liebal as product manager.
Liebal, a graduate of Virginia Tech University with a Mechanical Engineering Degree, as well as an MBA from UNC Greensboro, has held key positions in product development and project management within the petroleum business throughout his career.
Mike McCann, president of OPW Fueling Containment Systems, said, "Chuck has a well-established list of qualifications for this key leadership position. We are [image-nocss] excited about the possibilities of having a person with Chuck's background and capabilities joining our team in Smithfield."
Chuck will report directly to McCann.
OPW Fueling Containment Systems, located in Smithfield, N.C., designs and manufactures secondarily contained fuel delivery systems.
