Flying J Adds Nine

U.S., Canadian sites join fuel network

OGDEN, Utah -- Flying J Inc. has announced the opening of eight dealership locations and a fuel stop with commercial diesel lanes to its fuel network. These dealerships are independent petroleum locations offering Flying J diesel products and pricing. The dealerships include: Calgary, Alberta; Grasslands, Alberta; Hanna, Alberta; West Edmonton, Alberta; Kamaloops, British Columbia; Metabetchouan, Quebec; Downey, ID and Beaver, Utah. The fuel stop is a Flying J franchise located in Hermosa, S.D.

The locations and some notable features include:

The Calgary Road King dealership has [image-nocss] a Shifter's Restaurant. This site has a game room, nine private showers, scales, parking for 90 trucks, an RV dump, a general store with the fuel desk and a Tim Horton's C-Store.

The Grasslands dealership offering guests a fast food deli, two private showers and parking for 75 trucks. The location also has plans to include a restaurant in the near future.

The Cactus Corner Truck Stop dealership in Hanna takes its name from a 50-foot cactus on site. Travelers can enjoy The Cactus Café along with freshly made hot and cold sandwiches found at the deli. The site also has two private showers, 150 truck parking spaces, an RV dump and scales.

The West Edmonton Truckland dealership offers a game room, a hot and cold deli, eight private showers, 100 truck parking spaces, scales and a service bay offering a truck wash with a tire and lube shop. A new restaurant is also under construction.

The Gateway Travel Center dealership in Kamloops has 100 truck parking spaces, four private showers, eight diesel lanes, eight gasoline/RV lanes, a restaurant and a c-store.

The Shell Metabetchouan dealership offers four commercial lanes, propane and a hot and cold deli.

Valley Oil operates the Downey location. The dealership is located two miles from Downata Hot Springs and offers fast food deliand five truck parking spaces.

The Eagles Landing Truckstop dealership in Beaver is located on the way to several national parks and monuments. It features a Mr. Grumpy's Restaurant and Piccadilly Pizza. This location has six showers, 150 truck parking spaces, a game room, laundry facilities, diesel repair service, free wireless internet, a tire shop and a motel on site.

And the Flying J Fuel Stop in Hermosa is situated on the way to Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park. This site offers drivers a hot and cold deli, a propane exchange service, a game room, two showers and commercial lanes.
