It’s fall and getting cooler or, depending on where you live, downright cold.

Convenience-store retailers should consider playing to the weather and offering a bowl full of comfort in the form of soups, such as a Mediterranean-inspired roasted vegetable offering.

The soup is full of eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, chickpeas and squash in a fragrant tomato-vegetable broth.
