Clark Teams Up With Ronnoco

Agreement will grow Four Corners Coffee brand

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Clark Brands LLC and Ronnoco Coffee have joined forces to grow the Four Corners Coffee brand. The companies have signed a designated supplier agreement, making family-owned and operated specialty coffee roaster Ronnoco a preferred vendor for Four Corners Coffee.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ronnoco will sell, distribute and supply Four Corners Coffee in the 10-state region of Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma. Ronnoco will work closely with Clark's customers [image-nocss] in those markets to help them grow the Four Corners Coffee brand at their retail locations.

Ronnoco will also manage equipment and image surveys and installations and will provide around the clock equipment service and maintenance.

It has also signed an agreement to license the Four Corners Coffee brand and intends to market Four Corners as their premier coffee brand throughout its market area.

The Four Corners Coffee brand has performed very well in those retail locations where it has been installed, said Karl Goodhouse, Naperville, Ill.-based Clark Brands' president. We believe that Ronnoco can help us take the brand to the next level.

Don Bergin, vice president of St. Louis-based Ronnoco Coffee's Convenience Store Division, said, We will use the Four Corners Marketing program to grow new convenience store business for both companies.

Clark Brands owns the Clark family of brands. The company licenses the Clark gasoline brand and the Four Corners Coffee brand to independent petroleum marketers and retailers in 17 states.
