A Change Headache

I just got finished writing an internal white paper about change. After all, it’s our job as leaders to see where the hockey puck is headed in order to win.

For decades I have heard speakers and business writers use the line, “Change is coming quicker than at any time in the past.” How’s this one: “Our customers are less loyal and change more often than ever before.” Or, the one I always write down: “To be a good leader, you must love change.”

Frankly, I have a “change headache.”
