Radiant Systems Names Frangis as VP Sales

Will be responsible for setting strategy

ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- Radiant Systems said that it has promoted Jimmy Frangis to the position of vice president of sales for its global petroleum and convenience retail division.

In this role, Frangis will be responsible for setting sales strategy and overseeing sales operations for the company's more than $40 million convenience and petroleum business in North America.

"Retailers continue to replace legacy systems with next-generation technology," said Mark Schoen, president of Radiant's global petroleum and convenience retail division. "[image-nocss] Jimmy is a bold leader with a clear vision to ensure Radiant is successful capitalizing on these opportunities."

Frangis has been with Alpharetta, Ga.-based Radiant for more than eight years serving in various roles throughout client management, operations and sales.

Radiant provides point-of-sale, self-service kiosk and backoffice technology store to the hospitality, petroleum and convenience retail, entertainment and specialty retail industries.
