WEST DES MOINES, Iowa —Bringing greater convenience to the on-the-go consumer, West Des Moines, Iowa-based Hy-Vee Inc. has opened its third Fast & Fresh store.
Located in Des Moines, the 8,000-square-foot store includes a Starbucks coffee drive-thru, a growler and crowler craft-beer station, and Hy-Vee Aisles Online pickup.
Convenience meets fresh in Hy-Vee’s mealtime-to-go section, which features a variety of take-and-heat options, including Dietitian’s Pick premade meals in varieties such as Balsamic Chicken and Orzo Pasta, Marinated Steak and Vegetables, and Asian Garlic Onion Shrimp Bowl. Made-to-order meals for carryout or dining in are also on the menu.
West Des Moines, Iowa-based Hy-Vee Inc.is one of the largest privately owned U.S. supermarket chains. It also operates more than 150 Hy-Vee Gas convenience stores with fuel in the parking lots of its grocery stores in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
