According to Krause, it was extremely important to Kum & Go's associates to reopen the stores as soon as possible for neighborhood residents. They have been working long hours to prepare the stores for customers who depend upon these two locations for gasoline or food.
"Kum & Go has achieved a positive reputation [image-nocss] for outstanding customer service and quality products. It's exciting to see how our store associates strive to make a difference with every customer," said Krause. "Sometimes it is through friendly greetings. Other times, it might be helping a customer in need. Our people truly are the reason why more than 400,000 customers visit Kum & Go stores each day."
Special re-grand opening activities will be taking place in late February and will include drink and pizza specials and several prizes.
