Howenstine to cover East region

SMITHFIELD, N.C. -- Environ Products Inc. has announced the appointment of Richard (Rich) Howenstine to the position of East regional business manager.

Prior to joining Environ Products, Howenstine held positions with American Modular Technology and with Tokheim Corp. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, the company said, holding several key management positions.

Howenstine will be responsible for all Environ Products business in the Eastern Region, including sales, sales management, regulatory communications and [image-nocss] Major Oil relations.

He is located in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Other recent appointments included Kathy Brown to the position of corporate controller and to the board; Joyce Bosse to the position of director of quality control; Rich Tucker to the position of vice president of regulatory affairs and compliance; and Kevin Webster to the position of vice president of engineering.

Smithfield, N.C.-based Environ Products manufacturers gas station equipment including GeoFlex piping, tank sumps, dispenser sumps and pans, flexible entry boots, leak detection, safety valves and various fitting systems. It markets worldwide with manufacturing plants located in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific.
