YPSILANTI, Mich. -- Mike Ellis has been named Ypsilanti Sales Manager for Eby-Brown, a major consumer products distributor to convenience stores in the eastern United States.
Formerly performing as a salesperson in the Ypsilanti area, Ellis begins work immediately in the newly created position.
Ellis is a 23-year veteran of Eby-Brown, and he has enjoyed much success as a commission salesperson, the company said. During the last 10 years, he has been a Top 5 Finisher in the Eby-Brown Salesperson of the Year Contest, placing first [image-nocss] three times.
The vast expertise I gained while working as a sales representative will bring leadership to the sales force in Michigan, enhancing the service we provide our customers and driving our success in the Michigan market, he said.
A privately held company, Eby-Brown, is based in Naperville, Ill.
