First Coast Energy opens two more c-stores

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- First Coast Energy, which owns and operates 150 gas stations in Florida, has opened two more Daily's convenience stores in Northeast Florida, reported the Jacksonville Business Journal.

The 5,000-sq.-ft. facilities are at the company's new Shell stations, said the newspaper. The company also has BP/Amoco-branded and Texaco-branded stations.

Daily's stores feature a coffee bar, bakery and wine section, the report said. They also offer Subway and Krispy Kreme, among other amenities.

The [image-nocss] stores also feature the Daily's Rewards loyalty program, which allows participants to accumulate points toward free food, merchandise or services with each gasoline fillup and store purchase. It allows users to check their points on the company's website, as well.

Jacksonville, Fla.-based First Coast Energy, which started in 1997, launched the Daily's concept in 2005 and now has 16 units. Another Daily's is scheduled to open soon, according to the website.
