Cumberland Gulf Names Rosenstein SVP, CFO

Key contributions include recently completed corporate debt restructuring
FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- The Cumberland Gulf Group of Cos. said that Howard Rosenstein has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer. Rosenstein has been employed with Cumberland Farms and Gulf Oil for more than 18 years working in various financial roles.

His latest role was as vice president of tax and treasury services. Among his many key contributions is the recently completed corporate debt restructuring which will provide ample operating flexibility for the next several years.

"This latest capitalization structure is a tremendous success for [image-nocss] the Group and puts us in a very strong position for future competitive growth," said Joseph Petrowski, CEO for the Cumberland Gulf Group.

"The board of directors conducted a thorough search and many exceptional candidates were considered both from within and outside the Company," said Petrowski. "It is a testimony to Howie and the exceptional depth of talent within our entire finance team that we were able to promote from within the company."

The Cumberland Gulf group of companies, headquartered in Framingham, Mass., is comprised of Cumberland Farms, the largest convenience store and gasoline marketer in the Northeast, and Gulf Oil LP, national wholesaler of refined petroleum products.
