Prior to joining Atlas Oil, Haggarty was a founding partner, managing director and president of Donnelly Penman & Partners, where he led the firm's delivery of investment banking and financial advisory services to the distribution and services industries. Haggarty was also previously a vice president in the investment [image-nocss] banking department of Raymond James & Associates Inc.
