YORK, Pa. -- Rutter's Farm Stores gave out awards and paid special recognition to many of its 1,400 employees at its recent annual holiday banquet.
Keith Crawford and Christine Strouse, the management team at a Rutter's Farm Store located in New Cumberland, Pa., were recently named 2012 Store Manager and Restaurant Manager of the Year, respectively.
Recently promoted to store manager, Jennie Kyle spent much of 2012 as a team member at a Rutter's Farm store in York, Pa. She consistently dazzled her customers with excellent customer service, which earned her Farm Store Employee of the Year, the company said.
Rutter's Dairy Employee of the Year honors went to Dawn Myers, who has worked at Rutter's for 36 years.
Scott Hartman, the chain's president and CEO, presented the awards.
York-based Rutter's Farm Store operates 57 convenience stores located through six central Pennsylvania counties. Rutter's Dairy serves customers in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.
