LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Thorntons Inc. is opening its newest Cincinnati-area location on Feb. 15. This will be the 15th Thorntons location in the Cincinnati market.
The convenience retailer will offer a variety of customer-appreciation promotions during the opening days and weeks of the celebration, it said, highlighted by free coffee and fountain beverages for everyone.
In addition, customers can expect the new store to offer "hot off the grill" convenience food items, an assortment of hot, cold and frozen beverages, food, grocery items at economical prices, and competitively priced premium fuel available for any type of vehicle.
Louisville, Ky.-based Thorntons is a leading independent gasoline and convenience chain currently operating throughout the Midwest. With more than $2.3 billion in revenue, it is the largest privately held corporation in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Thorntons operates 165 gasoline and convenience stores, car washes and travel plazas in five states: Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee. Thorntons also distributes its petroleum products through its wholly owned Thornton Transportation Co. and operates a river bulk storage terminal in Louisville.
