CHICAGO -- Phusion Projects LLC has debuted a new Four Loko flavor to coincide with its Spring Escape marketing campaign.
Black Cherry Four Loko will hit store shelves this spring, continuing the brand's trend of bringing popular spirits flavors to the beer industry. Black Cherry, the newest flavor to adorn the Four Loko camouflage can, will be available in 12% ABV in 23.5-oz. cans.
The release of Black Cherry coincides with the company's Spring Escape marketing campaign, which was based in two destination hot spots: Panama City, Fla., and South Padre Island, Texas. Nationwide distribution of Black Cherry stemmed from the encouraging response from consumers during those spring-break promotions.
"Black Cherry has quickly cemented itself as one of our most promising flavors," said Jim Sloan, president of Phusion Projects.
