WAWA, Pa. —Wawa is launching energy drink Jocko Go in its convenience stores.

The Farmington, Maine-based beverage company said it first tested its newest flavors in Wawa c-stores in Florida before deciding to expand the products to more locations.

"Today's consumers read labels, want clean energy for their active lifestyles and need healthy choices on-the-go," Pete Roberts, CEO of Jocko Fuel, said. "Now, they can get that winning combination with Jocko Go at Wawa across the U.S."

The nootropic formula in Jocko Go, which helps cognitive functions, is lightly carbonated and has 95 milligrams of caffeine. Flavors include Dak Savage (cherry vanilla), Jocko Pom’r (sweet tea and lemonade), Sour Apple Sniper, Afterburner Orange, Tropic Thunder (pineapple coconut) and Citrus Psycho (lemon-lime).

Jocko Go is keto-friendly, low-calories and sweetened with all-natural monk fruit. It’s designed to provide clean energy without the jitters or the crash, the company said.

Origin, Farmington, Maine, is a manufacturer of apparel, boots, fitness gear and nutritional supplements. It owns the Jocko Fuel brand along with Original Apparel, Origin Combat Sports, Origin Footwear and Origin Nutrition. Jocko Fuel is named after its co-founder Jocko Willink, a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer.

Wawa has more than 900 c-stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Florida and Washington, D.C.
