Hall of Fame Beverages announces new distribution deal

GOODYEAR, Ariz. -- Hall of Fame Beverages Inc. said Duke City Wholesale LLC, a wholesaler/DSD (direct-store distributor) in New Mexico will be distributing Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea throughout the state.

Duke City Wholesale services a large number of independent and chain stores, such as Albertsons, John Brooks Supermarkets, Circle K, Phillips Gas 7-Eleven and some Smith's (Kroger Co.), in addition to several independents, casinos and delis.

David Ray, who owns Duke City Wholesale, said, "We at Duke City look forward to working with Hall of Fame Beverages, and we're excited about handling this excellent tea."

Hall of Fame Beverages has chosen to seek out and work with smaller distributors that are direct-store distributors.

CEO and president Jessica Gutierrez said, "I am very optimistic about moving the tea westward. It has always been a goal of mine to have placement in the western states. I am very excited about the opportunity to work with David and his company."

He added, "Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea is currently en route, and once it reaches its destinations, David Ray will inventory the individual store locations, and we'll place them on the website. Also, we will roll out additional states and locations in the coming days."
